Privacy Policy Compass Royalty Management LLC Privacy Policy Compass Royalty Management LLC ("Compass") is the sole owner of all information collected on this Site. Compass will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way not mentioned here. Information Collected About You You provide personally identifiable information while owning a property or properties managed by Compass. Compass may receive information about you that you authorize third parties to provide to us. Compass may obtain personal information from third parties to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Personally identifiable information about you collected from any source may include your name, mailing and street address, e-mail address, phone number, taxpayer identification number, Authorized Agents (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use), assets, income and investment activity. You can browse the front page of the Site anonymously without identifying yourself during a visit. When you enter a user name and password and log in to secured portions of the Site, Compass will obtain information that personally identifies you. The information gathered on the Site falls into two categories: (1) personal information you supply when you obtain a password and user ID or provide your e-mail address, and (2) tracking information collected as you navigate through the Site. How Compass Uses Your Information Compass does not sell information about current or former owners it manages assets for to third parties and does not share such information, except when needed to complete transactions you have requested. Compass will release information about you if you direct us to do so, if we are required to do so by law or have the good-faith belief that such release is necessary to comply with the law or comply with a court order, subpoena or other legal process served on us, or in other legally limited circumstances (such as to prevent fraud).
